Complaints form

In order to correctly submit a complaint regarding glazing units, please include the following in your defect description with three photos:

1. A photo of the defect with a ruler
2. A photo of the spacer with the order number
3. A photo of the entire glass unit

If the above requirements are not met, the complaint will not be processed.

Form Completion Instructions:

• All form fields are required – the form cannot be submitted without completing them.
• Do not enter random characters (e.g., x, -, _, . etc.) instead of valid data.
• Incomplete or incorrectly filled fields will be automatically marked and highlighted. A tooltip message will appear with information on what needs to be corrected.
